三月十五日的曠野筵席內有一道極富營養的菜餚，肯定滿足訪友的食慾。世上有什麼比 "我心因主喜樂。"  因為得著主而有更大的喜樂。記得有聖詩是編輯最喜歡唱的:    "我的神，我要敬拜祢，我的心深深地愛祢， 在祢的座前，我思想祢恩典，我的心讚美敬拜祢， 祢是我心靈的滿足，祢是我唯一的喜樂， 在祢的座前，我思想祢恩典，我的神我 .....，"。

「哈拿禱告說，我的心因主喜樂。」（撒母耳記上     2:1  新國際版)

當哈拿向她年幼的儿子告別時，從天然方面來說，這可能是她最悲傷的時刻了。但我們在她身上找不到任何懮苦或自怜的跡象，反而看見了從她心里，涌出那种獨特的喜樂——就是那些將一切完全奉獻給神的人所有的喜樂！以哈拿來說，對于神的利益，她的魂似乎經過一個實際的操練，而她生命中的心頭寶，乃是以神的利益作為奉獻的目標。撒母耳尚未出世之先，她已經向神許了愿。當嬰孩還小的時候，她已在等候這一天了。她給撒母耳斷了奶。現在時候到了，哈拿將孩子送還給神，這樣她獲得一种從未經歷過的新喜樂，那就是完全以神之事為念那些人的喜樂。她的詩歌洋溢著得胜的喜樂，在數世紀之后成為馬利亞靈感的泉源。

" Then Hannah prayed and said:  "My heart rejoices in the Lord; ...." (1 Samuel 2: 1  NIV )

When Hannah bid her young son farewell, from a natural human perspective, this may be her saddest moment. But we couldn't find any signs of suffering or self - pity from her, but saw the unique joy from her heart instead —— that is all the joy of those who dedicated everything to God! Hannah's soul seems to go through a actually practice for the good of God.  Her treasures of life are based on the good of God. As Samuel has not yet born, Hannah had promised God she will send Samuel to be His servant.  When the baby is still young, she is waiting for that day. As she stopped milking Samuel, Hannah will send him to God. Now it is the time, so that she will get a new joy that has never being experienced before.  It is the joy of those who were thought God all the time with their whole heart. Her praise poetry is full of triumph joy, and it became the source of inspiration for Mary after several century.
