268 中翻英(18) The miracle of new birth! 重生的神跡. 1/16/2023

「到那時候，凡求告主名的，就必得救。」（徒2:21）
「凡求告主名的，就必得救。」這怎么可能呢？因為神已經應驗了約珥書上那一部份預言說：「我要將我的靈澆灌凡有血气的。」圣靈既已傾倒出來在全人類的身上，為此罪人只要向主呼求，就必得救。
每一個傳福音的人，如果不相信這件事，就沒有多少用處。圣靈如何緊緊的接近罪人，這件事對我們所傳講的是極其重要！神在天上，是遠超過人類所能達到的。但是「你不要心里說，誰要升到天上去呢？就是要領下基督來這道离你不遠。」當我對人傳講基督的時候，我總是相信圣靈是在那人身上，正如在創造時期，祂拂煦在水面上一樣。祂時刻等候著要將基督帶進人的生命里去。祂的職事正如白天的日光，只要你將窗戶上的百葉帘稍微打開一點點，它就會涌進來，并照亮了整個房間的每一部份。但愿我們從心里向主呼求，圣靈立刻就進入我們里面，開始祂那改變人的工作——使人知罪，悔改，并賜他信心。這就是重生的神跡！
"Whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Acts 2:21)
How is this possible? Because God has fulfilled that other prophecy of Joel, that "I will pour forth my Spirit on all flesh." Since the Holy Spirit has been poured out upon all mankind, the merest cry from the sinner to God is enough.
No preacher
of the gospel is of much use unless he believes this. The Holy Spirit’s proximity to the sinner is vital
to our preaching! God in the heavens is too far beyond man’s reach. But “say not
in your heart, who shall ascend into heaven? That is, to bring Christ down. The
word is not far from you.” I always believe that the Holy Spirit is upon a
man When I preach Christ to people, when I preach Christ to him, just as He was upon the waters at the creation.
He is waiting to bring Christ into his life. His ministry is like the daylight.
Open the window shutters even a
little, and it floods in and illumines the whole interior.
Let there be but a cry from the heart to God, and in that instant the
Spirit enters and begins His transforming work of convicting, repentance, and faith—the miracle of new birth!
感謝上帝賜我們母親，教導我們呀呀學語言。昨日在電視上看到 "單字拼音比賽"。一位十一歲的小女孩要熟讀5000英文單字才得到美國全國單字拼音比賽的冠軍。媽媽苦心，一個一個的 "字" 把它傳遞給她的子女。當子女長大有需求，要學另外的一種語言時，才領悟媽媽的偉大。
學英文很不容易，要把英文翻成中文尤難。
例如，
中英翻譯。 (有將中文翻成英文，及將英文譯成中文的意思，沒有只是 "中翻英")。
It is to translate Chinese into English and vice versa. (在中文主語與述語表達不很明 顯，不像 "中翻英" 那麼清楚) 。
