前面論及洪水災害, 因它是自然事件，一直是與河流的地理及地質有不可分割的關係.     洪水(又稱過剩的水資源) , 多發生在 河流, 溪流, 和湖泊沿線; 在山區則發生在 沖積扇;    地面塌陷區域;    受結構措施與水爭地的區域，以及 由於地表徑流和局部排水不足而發生的洪水.    如前面博客所說,    河南開封一帶, 為人類住區和活動總是傾向於使用洪氾區。 經人們的使用經常干擾自然洪氾區形成的過程，給居民常帶來災難。 

洪水問題不僅限於河流.   同樣令人擔憂的還有洪水與沖積扇, 不穩定河道, 冰塞,和泥石流有關.     沖積扇的特點是圓錐形或扇形的巨石、礫石和細粒沉積物山坡侵蝕並被洪水、泥石流搬運的沉積物，侵蝕、泥沙運動和沈積以及河道遷移.     沖積扇在世界許多地方都很常見.  例如, 台灣宜蘭的蘭陽溪沖積扇洪災最為特殊,   每遇颱風來襲,  肯定發生極大的洪水災害.   要防治在這種情況發生的災害,  多使用非結構物防洪措施,  例如,  洪水預報.  近日通訊設備的突飛猛進,  對  洪水預報的防治洪水猛獸的侵害極為有助.   (待續)

「清心的人有福了，因為他們必得見神。「（太5:8）

上面所引的經文，是神要求人的一個內心條件，為要成全祂在恩典里的旨意。清心的光景，乃是表示沒有任何東西在攔阻我們看見神，諸天的國度就在這里，所以人沒有理由看不見神，除非人自己樹起了障礙。

若有人要遮蔽你的視線，他并不一定要用一件臟物放在你的眼前，就是一件全然清洁的東西，也同樣會擋住你的眸子。寫詩篇的人所題那「清洁的心」，是要把我們心中不洁淨的東西掃除。但山上寶訓所題的「清心」，卻是要把一切的東西都去掉，不論是洁淨的，或不洁淨的，都得清除。許多人沒有正确的認識神，就是由于他們讓自己的心放蕩不羈，以致他們在神以外，還有許多与神爭競的利益与興趣，清心与眼睛純一是緊緊相連的。這就是說，神是我們唯一集中的目標。這樣的全神貫注，不會帶給人任何損失，其結果乃是：「你全身就光明了」！

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." (Matthew 5:8)

The scriptures quoted above are an inner condition that God requires of man in order to fulfill His will in grace. The state of being pure in heart means that nothing hinders us from seeing God. The kingdom of the heavens is here, so there is no reason for man not to see God, unless man himself sets up obstacles.

If someone wants to block your sight, he doesn't have to put a dirty object in front of your eyes, even a completely clean object will also block your eyes. The "pure heart" mentioned by the psalmist is to sweep away the unclean things in our hearts. But the "pure heart" mentioned in the Sermon on the Mount means to get rid of everything, whether it is clean or unclean, it must be removed. Many people do not know God correctly because they allow their hearts to be unrestrained, so that they have many interests and interests other than God that compete with God. A pure heart and a pure eye are closely linked. That is to say, God is the only object of our concentration. This kind of concentration will not bring any loss to people, and the result is: "Your whole body will be bright"!
