主內訪友, 您知道 --- 主耶穌的復活是顯示祂的釘十字架是一次有權能的死. 凡相信祂的就不再有死亡, 從此有永生, 進天國的確信. 所以今日的曠野筵席有極豐盛的菜餚 --- 主的應許--- 永遠活著到天堂.

在基督的死里，撒但那死亡的能力只一次遇到敵手，就永遠的被擊敗了。基督的死把其它一切的死都勾銷了。在亞當里的死，并不能了結一個人的歷史，但在基督里的死卻能夠，因為這是一個有權能的死。在基督里，那些該死的罪人都死了，因此那掌死權的魔鬼在他們身上再沒有權柄。他們既都已死了，正如同灰燼一般，再沒有起火和燃燒的可能。基督的工作不只是救贖，而更是把死毀坏——是徹底的毀坏。已燒成灰燼的房子，沒有第二次被焚的可能，因為如果第一次的焚燒已將一切夷平，第二次就沒有什么可焚燒的了。我們這些被救贖的罪人，既已在基督里死了，死亡就從我們身上過去了。現在我們所有的，乃是基督的不朽坏之生命。

"By His death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the
devil." (Hebrews 2:14)
In the death
of Christ, Satan's death power met its opponent once and was defeated forever.
The death of Christ canceled out all other deaths. Death in Adam cannot end a
person's history, but death in Christ can, because it is a powerful death. In
Christ, sinners who deserve death are dead, so that the devil who has the power
of death has no power over them. They were all dead, like ashes, no longer
capable of fire and burning. Christ's work was not merely to redeem, but to
destroy death—totally. A house that has been burned to ashes cannot be burned a
second time, because if the first burning has leveled everything, there will be
nothing to burn the second time. We, redeemed sinners, have died in Christ, and
death has passed away from us. All we have now is the incorruptible life in Christ.
