復活節星期日之前的星期五，是耶穌基督受難日。為紀念耶穌基督被釘十字架，死了，埋葬，三日後的星期日復活。 The Good Friday is the day before Easter Sundad, on that day for commemorating the crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ three days later on Sunday.

今天四月七日是耶穌受難日，信徒必須把祂馨香之气流露出來。如何發散主的香氣，就是信徒身上所帶著的圣靈，具有謙和之美，正如橄欖樹所象征的，它的果效是叫人單單注意基督那散佈的馨香的影響力。

「他的枝條必延長，他的榮華如橄欖樹，他的香气如利巴嫩的香柏樹。」（何14:6）

先知何西阿實在懂得一些關乎香柏樹的香气，他從利巴嫩，替我們繪出一幅基督徒的生命如何影響別人的圖畫。這個生命所給人以基督的印象，應該如同香柏樹的香气那樣到處彌漫。一個人的嗅覺是他的感覺中最精細的，他借此所得到的印象，是遠超過触覺加上視覺的所及。這件事是無需贅說的，因為哪里有香气，那里就有它的到處滲注和一切沁透的果效。你不能將它隱藏起來。照樣，那札根在基督里的人，他那人不能見的生命源頭，乃是基督，因此他流露基督馨香之气，就如同香柏樹揚播芬芳一樣。我們身上所帶著的圣靈，具有謙和之美，正如橄欖樹所象征的，它的果效是叫人單單注意基督那馨香的影響力。基督原是不能被隱藏的。

"His young shoots will grow. His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon." (Hosea 14:6 NIV)

The prophet Hosea did know something about the scent of the cedar tree. From a cedar of Lebanon, he paints a picture of how the Christian life affecting others. This life should give the impression of Christ, as the fragrance of the cedar pervading everywhere. Human's sense of smell is the most refined senses of his organ. The impressions which he obtains through smelling far beyond the reach of touching and sight organs. This is quite clear where there is a fragrance there is pervasiveness and penetrating effects. You can't get rid of it. Therefore,  the most faithful believer in Christ, from his invisible source of life is Christ, exuding the fragrance of Christ, just as the cedar exuding its fragrance. We carry the beauty of meekness in the Holy Spirit, just as the splendor of an olive tree, and its effect is to draw attention to the fragrant influence of Christ alone. Christ cannot be covered.
