愛我們的天父,  雖然祢是無所不知的上帝, 求祢使用禱告改變我. 鑒查孩子的心懷意念,  看有什麼惡行沒有, 是否貪婪妄求.  奉主耶穌基督的聖名禱告.  阿們.

                        You will keep him in perfect peace,                                                                                                              Whose mind is stayed on You,                                                                                                                      Because he trusts in You.                                                                                                                              主阿,  祢會讓他保持心境的平靜,                                                                                                              他的心思意念全在祢那裡,                                                                                                                          因為他信靠祢.                          

            In the movie "version of Shadowlands", which portrays the endearing relationship between Christian apologist C. S. Lewis and Joy Gresham, a friend comments to Lowis that God finally answered his prayers.  As part of his response, Lowis says, "Prayer doesn't change God; it change me."             在電影《暗影國度》中,  描繪了基督教護教者 C.S. 路易斯 (C. S. Lewis) 和 喬伊·格雷沙姆(Joy Gresham)之間的可愛關係,  有位路易斯的朋友對他說,  "上帝終於回應了你的祈禱."  作為回應的一部分,  路易斯說,  “祈禱不會改變上帝;  祈禱改變了我. ”

         How profound and true that is!  Your communication with God is your intimate connection with Him, and He allows you to participate in the work that He is doing and even to see His actions in relationship to your prayers.  God hears and answers every prayer, but His purposes in prayer go far beyond giving you a measureable response.                                                                                                         這是多麼深刻又多麼真實啊！ 你與上帝的交通,  就是你與祂的親密關係,  祂讓你參與祂正在施行的作為,  甚至讓你看到祂的作為與你的禱告的連繫.   上帝垂聽,  並回應每一個禱告,  但祂回應你禱告的目的,  遠不止於給你可衡量你祈求的回應.

        God wants to transfom your life through the process of prayer.  Your personal relatiohship with  Christ is deepened and enlarged when you spend time talking to Him.  As you come into His presence with reverence and a quiet heart, ready to listen, He begins to purify your heart and sift your priorities, You develop a passion for obedience to God, and you begin to see Him as the Provider for all your needs.                                                                                                                                                           上帝要透過禱告的過程來,  改變你的生命.   當你花時間與基督交通時,  你與基督的個人關係就會加深和擴大。 當你懷著敬虔和安靜的心來到祂面前,  準備好傾聽時,  祂開始潔淨你的心,  助你篩選對事項安排優先次序,  你會產生順服上帝的恩愛的熱情,  你開始將祂,  視為滿足你所有需要提供的恩愛者.

        Most important, you experience the peace that comes from knowing God is in control (Phil. 4:6-7).  Your anxiety melts alway as you learn to trust Him.  These are just some of the ways God uses prayer to chang your heart.  The more you pray, the more transformations you'll discover.                                你會體驗到最重要的事,  就是上帝掌管你一切,  而帶給你真平安（腓 4:6-7）.   當你學會信靠祂時,  你的焦慮就立刻融化消失了.   這就是上帝使用禱告來改變你心的法則.   你越多祈禱,  你就會發現越多改變你的心.

                    Change me, Lord, as I wait in Your presence.  Let my anxiety melt alway                                                  and let me learn to trust You.                                                                                                                        主啊!  在我於祢面前等候時,  求祢立刻改變我.  讓焦慮永遠消失,                                                        且讓我學會信靠祢.
