七月五日的曠野筵席是一碟苦菜.     你拿什麼供主使用, 讓祂有行聖跡的東西?   您怕自己吃不飽嗎?

「耶穌拿起餅來」（約6:11）

神常利用物質的東西，施行祂大部份的神跡。在這里，主耶穌接受了那五個餅兩條魚。祂本來可以將石頭變餅，但祂不如此做。祂愿意以奉獻給祂之物為根据而行事。祂說：「拿過來給我。」祂所做的，常是借著我們而做。一切的神跡，都是從這里開始   —   將我全部所有的都交在祂手里。如果把我的餅為著自己留下來，就只有一個人吃得飽，但若把它們都交給主，難道我還會挨餓嗎？

當以色列國在極端窮困的時候，先知瑪拉基將神解決以色列國難處的答案帶給他們。那就是，將當納的十分之一，全然送入倉庫。—   然后拭目以待！只要一個很小的瓶塞，就可以將一個很大的瓶子阻閉，以致我們得不著它里面的全部供應。屬天的事，也是如此。我們常常沒有神跡，只因我們沒有給神一些工作的憑藉。祂只要求我們所有的一點點，但是祂需要我們把這僅有的一點放在祂手里。

"Jesus took bread" (John 6:11)

God uses material things to perform most of His miracles. Here the Lord Jesus accepted the five loaves and two fishes. He could have turned stones into bread, but He didn't. He is willing to act on the basis of what is given to Him. He said, "Bring it to me." What He did, he often did through us. All miracles start from here — giving all of me into His hands. If I keep my bread for myself, only one will be fed, but if I give them all to the Lord, shall I still starve?

When the nation of Israel was in extreme poverty, the prophet Malachi brought them God's answer to the nation's problems. That is, send one-tenth of the donat to the warehouse.   — and wait and see! Just a very small cork can stop a very large bottle so that we cannot have all the supply in it. It is the same with heavenly things. We often don't have miracles because we don't give God something to work on. He only asks for a little of what we have, but He needs us to put that little in His hands.
