Almight and ever-blessed God, who has not at any time left Yourself  without                                全能永善的主, 你永不離 棄人類众生, 世世代代在我們中間興起先知                                            witness among men, but has in every age raised up saintly and prophetic spirits to lead us into     聖哲, 使我們得以進入信與愛的道路上; 我讚美你, 因為你叫我們得                                                the way of faith and love, I praise Your name for the gift of Your holu apostle, Saint Paul.              着使徒聖保罗的恩賜.  感謝你, 因為你賜予聖保罗的熱忱, 使他能够                                                    I thank You for the zeal with which You did endow him to carry to our western race that lamp      使真理的明燈, 傳到西土,燭照群生,至今也照到東方.                                                                          Of truth which You had latelylit in an eastern land.

Saint Paul said,  Let all bitterness  and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be          聖保罗說: “一切苦毒、惱恨、忿怒、嚷鬧、毀謗，並一切的惡毒（或作：陰                             put away from  you, with all malice: and be you kind to one anotherm tender-heart,                 毒），都當從你們中間除掉；並要以恩慈相待，存憐憫的心，彼此饒恕，正如神在               forgiving one anotherm even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you.                                         基督裡饒恕了你們一樣。” (弗4:31-32)

 O God, incline my heart to follow in this way.                                                                                     上帝啊, 求你使我傾心效法.                                                                                                              Saint Paul said, put you on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh,               聖保罗說: “ 總要披戴主耶穌基督，不要為肉體安排，去放縱私慾。” (罗13:14)                            to fulfil the lusts thereof.

O God, incline my heart to follow in this way. 上帝啊, 求你使我傾心效法.                                          Saint Paul said, I keep my body under, and bring it into subjection.

聖保罗說: “我是攻克己身，叫身服我.” (林前9:27)

                          O God, incline my heart to follow in this way. 上帝啊, 求你使我傾心效法.        Saint Paul said, Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory;  but in lowliness of mind let        聖保罗說: “凡事不可結黨,不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀; 只要存心謙卑,各人看別人比 自己強.” (腓2:3)  each esteem other  better than themselves.                                                                                                                        O God, incline my heart to follow in this way.上帝啊, 求你使我傾心效法.                Saint Paul said,  He that glories, let him glory in the Lord.                                                                  聖保罗說: “誇口的，當指著主誇口。” (林前1:30)                                                                                                          O God, incline my heart to follow in this way. 上帝啊, 求你使我傾心效法.                Saint Paul said, Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving: withal praying      聖保罗說: “你們要恆切禱告，在此儆醒感恩。也要為我們禱告，求神給我們開傳                        also for us, that God wouldnopen unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ.        道的門，能以講基督的奧祕” (西 4:2-3)                                                                                                                         O God, I pray tonight especially fornall who, following in the footsteps of Saint Paul,                       主啊, 容我今晚特別為那追蹤聖保罗足跡,                                                                      are now labouring to bring the light of Christ’s gospel to foreign lands. Amen.                                   此刻正努力在異地宣傳福音的人祈禱.  阿們.
