      All Hail, O Lord my King! Reverently would I greet Thee at the begining of another                        在我心中作王的主, 在这一天開始的時候, 我要虔誠的稱頌你!                                                       day!  All praise and love and loyalty be unto Thee, O Lord most high!                                             至高的主, 願一切讚美, 慈愛, 忠忱都歸於你.

      Forbid, O Lord God, that my thoughts today should be wholly occupied with the world’s passing   求你叫我今天的思想,不要為塵飛夢滅的世事所佔據.                                                  show.  Seeing that in Thy lovingkindness Thou have given me the power to lift my mine to the    旣然你的慈愛賜我能力, 提高我的心境,                                                                                    contemplation of things unseen and eternal, forbid that  I should remain content, with things     使我能思想那看不見的永恆的事,求主使我再不要以暫時的                                                             of sense and time.  Grant rather that each day may do something so to strengthen my hold upon肉体之事為滿足;使我每天有所作為,                                                                                                     the unseen world, so to increase my sense of its reality, and so to attach my hearts to its holy     得加強对灵性世界的把握;                                                                                                               interests that, as the end of my earthly life draws  ever nearer, I may not grow to be a part of         使我日日它有真實的認識, 能够全心全意,                                                                                       these fleeting earthly surroundings, but rather grow more and more conformed to the life of the   world to come.                                                                                                                                         注意聖事, 一旦浮生逝去,我就不再身屬塵凡, 却能性灵開展,與那未來的永恆 生命相符.

      O You who see and know all things, give me grace, I pray You , so to know You and so                    參透萬事萬物的主, 求你施恩, 使我得以看見                                                                                     to see You that in knowing You I may know myself even as  I am  most perfectly known                 你,了解你, 就得以了解自己, 如完完全全為                                                                                           of You, and in seeing You  may see myself as I verily am before You.  Give me today                     主所了解一样.  求主使我对於我这短暫的人生, 有清楚的人远象,                                                   some clear vision of my life in time as it appears to Your eternity.  Show me my own                     如主在永恆中見我一样.  求主使我知道自己的                                                                                 smallness and Your infinite greatness.  Show me my own sin and Your perfect                               渺小, 與你的無限偉大.  使我知道我的罪和你完全的公義,                                                       righteousness.  Show me my own lovelessness and Your exceeding love.  Yet in Your                     使我知道我自己毫無愛心, 和你的超越的愛.                                                                                 mercy show me also how,  small as I am I can take refuge in Your greatness; how, sinful               求主更以你的慈愛, 使我知道我雖渺小如此, 郤能投靠在你偉大裡蒙蔭.                                           as I am, I may lean upon Your righteousness; and how, loveless as I am, I may hide                     我雖有罪, 郤能投靠你的正義裡;                                                                                                       myself in Your forgiving love.  Cause my thoughts to dwell much today on the life and                 我雖毫無愛心, 郤能藏躱在你那饒恕的愛裡.                                                                                         death of Jesus Christ my Lord, so that I may see all things in the light of the redemption           求主使我今日多多思想主耶穌基督的死與生; 叫我能够從救恩的光輝                                       which You have granted to me in His name.  Amen.                                                                           中參透萬事, 这救恩是你因主耶穌的名而賜給我的. 阿們.
