我们在天上的父, 感谢祢赐足够的饮食, 使我们四十多年在美国毫无缺乏. 谢谢我们的耶稣基督. 祢是我们的主, 我们的依靠, 和我们的山寨.
十一月二十五日晨曦默思, 是編輯者必須要感謝上帝的慈愛, 使我的舊人與主耶穌基督同釘十字架, 叫我不再作罪的奴仆.

你為何相信主耶穌的死？你的相信是根据什么？是根据你感覺祂已經死了嗎？不是的，你從來未曾如此的感覺。你的相信，乃是由于神的話這樣的告訴你。當主耶穌釘十字架的時候，有兩個強盜也与祂同時被釘，你從來也沒有疑惑他們是与主耶穌同時被釘的，因為圣經很清楚的如此告訴我們。現在，關乎你舊人的死，又是怎么樣呢？你和基督一同釘死在十字架上，是比那兩個強盜更真切。他們雖与主耶穌同時被釘，但卻是分別被釘在不同的十字架上。而你乃是与主耶穌在同一個十字架上被釘死的，因為當祂死的時候，你也是被包括在祂里面了。這不是根据你的感覺。你所以能夠知道這件事實，唯一充分的理由，就是因著神是如此說。基督的死是事實。那兩個強盜的死是事實。而你的死也是事實。那個令你討厭的「己」，是已在十字架上与基督同釘了，而「已死的人，是脫离了罪！」（羅6:7）

old man was crucified with Him, so that we should no longer serve sin.” (Romans
6:6)
Why do you believe
in the death of the Lord Jesus? What is the basis of your belief? Is it based
on your feeling that He is dead? No, you have never felt like this. Your belief
is based on what God’s word tells you. When the Lord Jesus was crucified, two thieves
were also crucified at the same time. You have never doubted that they were
crucified at the same time as the Lord Jesus, because the Bible clearly tells
us so. Now, what about the death of your old man? You were crucified with
Christ more truly than those two thieves. Although they were crucified at the
same time as the Lord Jesus, they were crucified on different crosses. And you
were crucified on the same cross as the Lord Jesus, because when He died, you
were also included in Him. It's not based on how you feel. The only good reason
you can know this fact is because God says so. The death of Christ is a fact.
The death of those two robbers is a fact. And your death is also a fact. That
“self” that you hate has been crucified with Christ on the cross, and “he who
has died has been freed from sin!” (Romans 6:7)
