                 Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness,                                                                                       You who seek the Lord:                                                                                                                                 Look to the rock from which yo were hewn,                                                                                                 And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug.                                                                                  你們追求公義, 請聽我說,                                                                                                                            尋求上帝的人哪,                                                                                                                                          你們要察看那磐石, 就是你們所鑿出來的,                                                                                                又察看那坑, 就是你們挖出來的.

       What is the basis for what you believe?  If you say the way you were raised or what you were taught in school, then your brlief system could be faulty.  God needs to be the basis for the principles you hold dear.  His Word is a sure guide through the difficult circusstances of life.  In fact, God prepares you to face the future as you read and study His Word.                                                                                       你的基督信仰基礎是什麼？ 如果你說你的信仰成長是來自學校所受的教育, 那麼你的信仰系統可能有問題.  上帝應是你基督信仰所珍視的原則的基礎.  祂的話是用來勝過人生困境的可靠指南.  事實上, 當你閱讀和研究祂的話時,  上帝會幫助你做好面對未來的準備.

        When you are tuned in to the Word of God, you are tapping in to the infinite mind of Christ.  The temptatio to think that God is not personal or interested in what you are facing quickly fades.  God's Word teaches us that He is actively involved in every aspect of our lives.  Knowing that God eternally cares for your is a good place to start as you seek to build a strong spiritual foundation.  Pastors and clergymen can teach you about the Lord and how to worship Him, but the Holy Spirit living within you illuminates the truth of God to your heart.                                                                                                            當你聆聽上帝的話時, 你就是在接觸基督無限的意念.  認為上帝與你所面臨的事情無關, 或不感興趣的想法都會很快的消失.  上帝的話教導我們, 祂積極參與我們生活的各個層面.  時, 認識上帝永遠關心你, 是尋求建立你強大的屬靈基礎很好的起點. 牧師和神職人員可以教導你有關主的事以及如何敬拜祂, 但住在你裡面的聖靈, 祂卻將上帝的真理顯明在你的心裡.

        When you understand the principles of God's Word and apply them to your live, your vision changes.  You see things from God's perpective  and are more willing to trust Him with the entirety of your life.                                                                                                                                                                當你理解上帟話的原則, 並將其應用到你的生活中時, 你的異象就會改變. 你從上帝的角度看待事物, 並且更願意將你的一生都信靠祂.

        Some says the Bible is difficult to understand.  However, if you will begin to read through its contents, God will help you understand His truth and principles.                                                                        有人說聖經很難理解.  然而, 如果你開始閱讀上帝話的內容時,  祂就會幫助你理解聖經的真理和原則.

                Heavenly Father, through Your Word enable me to see things from Your perpective and                            become more willing to trust You with my life.  Illuminate Your truth to my heart.                                   天父，透過祢的話語, 使我能從祢的觀點, 看待事物, 並更願意將我的一生託付給                            祢.  求祢將祢的真理照亮我的心.

                謝謝天父賜孩子機會看到一部治黃河的影片 "天下長河!" , 雖然是一部宣揚清朝康熙皇                  帝注重治黃河的決心.  但也顯明了靳輔與陳天一, 又名陳潢兩位河黃河的苦心.  治河是                  眾人的大事, 在清朝却攪入個人利益的衝突, 使美好的水利工程作為官僚私鬥發洩的                      工具.
