"I heard about you by hearsay, but now I see you with my own eyes." (Job 42:5)

Correct doctrine can exalt us and make us proud of our knowledge and insights. We will also forget the truth completely because of those clever debates or the destruction of the truth by some vulgar systems. But the vision was so revolutionary that everything else became insignificant compared to it. As long as you see the Lord once, you will never forget it for the rest of your life. When Satan's attacks increase and the advice of friends is of no help, only the true knowledge of God within us can enable us to stand firm in trials.

In the year or two after I was converted and saved, I often worried that modernists or atheists would come and falsely testify to me that the Bible was wrong and unreliable. I thought that if this

really happened, everything would be over for me and my faith might be lost. However, I was willing and happy to believe in the Lord. However, all is now quiet. Even if all these people came together, with their reasons and arguments against the Bible, as numerous as the bullets in the armory of Europe, my answer to them would be one that would never change: "There are many reasons for your words. But I know my God, and that is enough.”
