十月五日晨曦甘露滋潤有基督信仰者的心田.   編輯者1970年蒙主耶穌的恩典能到德國中部Darmstadt   Hochschule   進修.   且能到附近的  Evangelical Sisterhood of Mary 教堂親近我一生信靠的主耶穌基督.   在那裡讀到施寧院母所著 "Realities of Faith" 一書.  回國後用了一年的時間翻成中文 ---  書名是 "信心的真實".  後來仔細一再閱讀, 覺得"真實"並不完全合乎   "Realities of Faith"的真意.   後來讀到黃小石長老專文討論 "Realit＂

 「你們這因信蒙神能力保守的人，必能得著所預備，到末世要顯現的救恩。」                      （彼前   1:5 新國際版）

我們蒙保守是「因信」，這「因信」就是与神保守之大能緊連在一起的條件。除非我們信靠祂，不然，祂就不能保守我們。我們如要認識祂那保守的大能，我們就必須全心相信祂的應許。在試探跟前，如果我們對自己能否蒙保守這件事怀匿疑慮，這豈不是對祂保守的能力存著不信的惡心？請記得，我們并不需要憑自己的力量去對付撒但的引誘。每天清晨當我們起來的時候，我們該向主說：「主阿！我感謝你保守我經過昨天，我不知道今天有什么試探要臨到我身上，也不知道要怎樣去胜過它們，但我再一次信靠你來保守我安度今天。」讓我們默然倚靠這位大能的神，這樣，那惡者的火箭無論來自何時何方，總會有一些奇妙的作為發生而將它們摒擋出去。那就是信心的盾牌。

"You who through faith are shielded by God's power until until the coming of the servation that is ready to be revealed in the last time." (1 Peter 1:5 NIV)

We are kept “by faith,” and this “faith” is the condition that is closely connected with the power of God’s preservation.  However, God cannot protect us unless we trust Him. If we were to know His preservation power, we must believe His promises with all our hearts. In the face of temptation, if we had doubts about whether we can be preserved, isn't this a disbelief in His ability to preserve us? Remember, we do not need to rely on our own strength to deal with Satan's temptations. When we get up every morning, we should say to the Lord, "Lord! I thank you for keeping me through yesterday. I don't know what temptations will befall me today, and I don't know how to overcome them, but Once again, I do trust you to keep me safe today." Let us silently rely on the powerful God. In this way, no matter when and where the flaming arrows of the evil one come from, there will always be some wonderful things happening to ward them off. Get out. That is the shield of faith.
