「你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華，祂必撫養你。祂永不叫義人動搖。」 （詩 55:22 新國際版）
許多基督徒不能在禱告的職事上給神使用，因他們的負累過重。他們讓各种重擔增加，而沒有將它們在禱告中卸釋出去，結果這些重擔將他們壓坏了，以致他們最后甚至不能禱告。
比如說你有一件工作需要某人來幫忙，但你發現他手中已經滿了各樣的工作。在這情況之下，你向他求助豈不是徒然么？同樣的，如果神托給你的一件事已將你壓倒了，祂怎能再將新的任務托付你呢？禱告的職事需要一個自由釋放的靈，不然，神的工作將必受到嚴重的障礙。你愿意成為一個准備好的器皿，讓神自由使用嗎？如果愿意，你就當學習將一切的重擔卸給神，好叫你的靈得著釋放。
我們若能把我們所遭遇的事，一件一件都放在神的手里，就好了，不然的話，第一件事來，你就把它擺在自己身上，第二，第三件事來，你也把它擺在自己身上，這樣，愈背愈重，你就要受壓，而失去喜樂。我們不要把挂慮一直壓在自己身上，什么時候我們一有挂慮，我們就當立刻交托給神。

“Cast your burden
on the Lord, and He will sustain you. He will never let the righteous be
shaken.” (Psalm 55:22 NIV)
Many Christians
cannot be used by God in the ministry of prayer because they are too burdened.
They allow all kinds of burdens to grow instead of releasing them in prayer,
and the burdens crush them to the point where they finally cannot even pray.
For example, you
have a job that requires someone to help, but you find that his hands are
already full of various tasks. In this situation, wouldn't it be in vain for
you to seek help from him? Likewise, if one thing God has given you has
overwhelmed you, how can He give you another assignment? The ministry of prayer
requires a free and released spirit, otherwise the work of God will be
seriously hindered. Are you willing to be a prepared vessel for God to use
freely? If you are willing, you should learn to cast all your burdens on God so
that your spirit can be released.
It would be great
if we could put everything we encounter into the hands of God one by one.
Otherwise, if the first thing comes, you will put it on yourself, the second,
and the third. When something happens, you should put it on yourself. In this
way, the heavier it becomes, the heavier it becomes, and you will be stressed
and lose your joy. We should not keep our worries on ourselves. Whenever we
have worries, we should immediately surrender them to God.
