我們在天上的阿巴父, 謝謝祢恩賜孩子, 在十三歲時看到我國先進的科學偉人四川成都李冰太守, 為可憐的受洪水災害的四川農民, 用熱漲冷縮的自然原理, 化了 8 年開鑿都江堰的寶瓶口灌溉進水口工程, 才使四川成為天府之國.  又恩賜孩子來到猶大州立大學的水工試驗研究所學習不用化費浩大的成本建立工程來防洪水災害的新觀念 --- 洪糸保險 . 求祢繼續恩待, 讓孩子在老年能把從恩師徐世大老師悲天憫人的心態, 學得的水利工程經驗, 在博客中發表, 供有心體諒河南等省年年受黃河洪水災害最苦的農人得到幫助. 奉主耶穌的聖名禱告.  阿們.

下面是編輯者從三峽大埧畫冊中取得的利用工程建設, 來防荊江洪水的災害.  有荊江大堤, 荊江分洪, 荊江洩洪等等設施.  不但付上浩大的建築資金, 還要付上每年洪災搶險的憂心. 經徐世大恩師的研究, 這等等工程的出現, 都是來源與 "洪水爭地". 

經過1998年的以人為堤防救災的流血經驗, 出現了三峽大埧. 據編輯者數十年研讀及觀察美國防洪水災害的經驗, 與徐世大教授的看法一致, 不與洪水爭地, 雖現在有了三峽大埧的防洪水工程, 仍需加上 "水土保持", "洪水預報", 及"洪水保險" 等等輔助措施. 你要使用洪水區域性(必須先有洪水區域的地形測繪地圖).

有這樣週詳的防洪水設施, 仍需要1998年大洪水的洪災搶險

                                        For the Lord is righteous,  He loves righteousness;                                                                                      He countenance behold the upright.                                                                                                              因為上帝是公義的, 祂喜愛公義; 面對正直.    

The more you learn about the Lord, the more you want to know Him.  That's what happens when you get just a taste of His goodness --- you can't get enough of His fellowship.  In her book  "Lord,  Only You Can Chan ge Me," Kay  Arthur observes:                                                                                              你越了解主, 就越想認識祂.  當你一嚐到上帝的良善的滋味時, 事情就發生了 — 你永遠無法與祂的相交.  凱‧亞瑟 (Kay Arthur) 在她的著作《主啊，只有祢能改變我》中指出：

                   God's righeousness begins with a dissatisfaction, a yearning, a yearning.  When                                       sin's presence is finally realized, an inner longing is kindled and begins to burn with a                             slow, steady flame.  A longing to be righeous!  With every glimpse of God's shinging                               holiness and purity comes an accompanying awareness of self.                                                                   上帝的公義始於不滿足, 嚮往, 嚮往.  當罪的存在, 最終認識到它時, 內心的渴望就                           點燃了, 並開始以緩慢而穩定的火焰燃燒.  渴望成為正義的人！每當仰望上帝閃                             耀的聖潔和純潔光華時, 都會伴隨著自我意識警惕.

                    Finally the realization comes: "God, You alone are tighteous."  A hunger and                                            thirst for righteousness --- His righteousness --- awakens and grows.  But how is that                                hunger and thirst to be satisfied?                                                                                                                  最後我意識到：“上帝啊，只有你是公義的. ”  對公義的飢渴 — 祂的公義 — 甦醒                            並成長.  但怎樣才能滿足這種飢渴呢？

                    Jesus is the fountainhead of God's righteousness.  Oh Beloved , do you see it?                                           You can be as righteous as you want to be! How?                                                                                      耶穌是上帝公義的源頭.  哦, 親愛的, 你體會到了嗎？ 你可以隨心所欲地成為正義的                       人！怎樣去行呢？

                     By totally depending upon God .  By yearning for Him more and more.  Ours is to be an                         ever-increaseing hunger and thirst.                                                                                                               完全依靠上帝.  越來越渴望祂.  我們的飢餓和乾渴將不斷的增加.

            Satisfy my spiritual hunger and thirst for You, O God.  Lead me into a life of                                            righteousness through the continuing revelation of Your truth.                                                                    上帝阿!  求祢滿足我靈命上的飢渴.  透過不斷的祢真理地啟示, 引導我過公義的生活.
