我们在天上的父,  感谢祢赐给我基督复活的大能, 能与世上的恶魔争战. 并赐孩子十字架的新生命, 能勇于告诉世人我是有基督信仰的人.  主啊, 求祢的圣灵时时充满我,  让孩子在这败坏, 淫乱及不公平的世界, 勇于见证祢的大爱, 使我这蒙恩的罪人得到赦免.  求主使孩子所承受的试探可以胜得过.  奉主耶稣基督的名，阿们！

我为什么是属主耶稣基督, 其理由是: The reason I belong to Jesus Christ is that He

圣诗背后的故事: 

“耶稣恩友(What a Friend We in Jesus)” 的作者史克来芬(Joseph Scriven 1819-1886)，生于爱尔兰的County Down，1842年毕业于都柏林三一神学院。大学毕业后，就在结婚前夕，他的未婚妻不幸坠马掉进河里。史克来芬十分悲伤，于1846年离开伤心地，移居加拿大的安大略(Ontario)。1855年，悲惨的遭遇又一次临到了他。当他与相爱的女孩以利莎罗准备结婚时，以利莎罗却被疾病夺去了生命。

人生之中，经历如此悲剧，情何以堪！走出痛苦之后，他写下了这首著名的《耶稣恩友》。1857年，他把诗歌寄给了病中的母亲，母亲大受感动，得到安慰.

一天，史克来芬病了，照顾他的友人看到这首诗歌，十分惊讶，问他怎样写出这么感人的诗歌。他说：「是神与我一起同工完成的。」 「耶稣是我亲爱朋友」，是整首诗歌的中心，亦是作者在经历痛苦中，所得惟一最宝贵的经验和秘诀。史克来芬深切地感到：「多少平安屡屡失去，多少痛苦白白受」，「或是试炼或是引诱，或有烦恼压心头」，「软弱劳苦多愁，挂虑重担压心头」，「亲或离我友或弃我」，「切莫灰心切莫丧胆」，定要「来到主恩座前求」，因为「耶稣深知我们软弱」，又「担当我罪与忧愁」！。因此，无论何时何地，我们都不应忘记：「主仍是我避难处所，在主怀中必蒙护佑，与主同在永无忧」。

这也是鼓励无数基督徒战胜苦难的秘诀，正如圣经所说：「我们既然有一位已经升入高天尊荣的大祭司，就是神的儿子耶稣……我们只管坦然无惧的，来到施恩的宝座前，为要得怜恤，蒙恩惠作随时的帮助。」（希伯来书 四章14-16节）。

1875年，孙盖(Ira D． Sankey) 请作曲家康佛士 (Charles C． Converse,1832-1918)，为《耶稣恩友》谱了曲，在F大调中，只用F、B^b、C⁷三个主要和弦，就完成了简洁、好听的四部和声，这也是传统圣诗的特点。

今天，在史克来芬住过的地方，岂立着四座纪念碑。在墓地Rice Lake旁，一座13呎高的纪念碑上，就刻着这首诗歌的歌词。1920年5月24日，在建成仪式上，安大略首相赞扬史克来芬，一生为主而活，像主耶稣服事人，成为后人的榜样。
