愛我們的主耶穌,   謝謝祢賜孩子智慧，能讀懂祢的話。 祢說，"我就是這道路，這真理，這生命。若不藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡去。"(約翰福音 14:6) 。孩子現在活著是為彰顯祢的榮耀。奉主耶穌的名禱告。阿們。 

在 245 博客談到造英文句子不難,只要顧到主語(Subject)和述語(Predicate)兩大部分就好。

Does it snow?             

Did it snow?             

Has it snow?             

Is it snow?             

註:  以上四句有紅色的英文字是主語, 其他是述語。it  是虛主語.  在我國文字中沒有的.

建議:  請買一本適用的英文字典.

记得待我如兒子般的鄧岳宗英語老師, 在我還是初三時, 就耳提面命的说,  “万清(Stephen), 学英语要大声的读.”  从那时起我就开始大声的读 “Echo” 英语会话 (商务印书馆出版).  每日早上读半小时(一直讀到我20歲)  大约半年后我会造句了.  那时年轻, 记忆力强, 能背其中的短語. 

     例如 :  How are you?      (不要译成 “你如何?”  要译为 “你好吗?” ,  因为是会话)

                 紅字是主语,  其他是述语.

然后在会话口语中又学会 What is your name?  分析如下:

                疑问句补语           述语(动词)      結合主语  (领位代名词作形容词)   +  名词

 註:  紅字是動詞的過去時制.

 Jesus said,  "I am the road, the truth, and the life.   No one comes to the Father except through me.

註:  以上經句有紅色的字是英文中非常重要的兩個冠詞之一: 定冠詞, 指定那名詞  road, truth 和life 是誰.  編輯者是基督信仰者, 請容我說明這經句的意義 ── 耶穌是去到上帝天父那裡的惟一的道路, 祂就是真理, 不是你說你有理, 我說我有理的那理, 耶穌是惟一的生命,只有信祂的人才能有到天堂去的永遠的生命.  "the Father" 是上帝.
